Olympus Hounds provides a range of professional dog grooming services including, but not limited to, full grooming, basic baths, de-shedding treatments, fur trimming, nail clipping, and ear cleaning. All services are performed by trained professionals committed to the well-being and safety of your pet.
3. Online Booking and Appointments
- Booking Confirmation: All online bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is secured.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you anticipate being late for an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.
4. Pet Health and Safety
- Vaccinations: For the safety of all pets and staff, we require all dogs to be up-to-date on their vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be requested.
- Health Disclosure: You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, or injuries your pet may have prior to any service. This includes any past or present communicable diseases or parasites.
- Aggressive Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog displaying aggressive or dangerous behavior for the safety of our staff and other clients. A muzzle may be used if deemed necessary for the safety of the groomer.
- Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency during grooming, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, we authorize Olympus Hounds to seek veterinary care at your expense.
5. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are displayed on our online platform and may vary based on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, and specific service requests. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods as indicated at our premises.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care and caution with every pet, Olympus Hounds shall not be held liable for any minor nicks, scratches, or stress-related conditions that may occur during the grooming process, provided reasonable care and professional standards were met. We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or injuries exacerbated by the grooming process that were not disclosed to us.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Olympus Hounds and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
